"Fair price for the repair"
I checked a few other places first, and yeah... the price here seemed fair. The repair did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it was still good value overall. My Mac is working fine now, so I’m happy with it.

"Staff were genuinely helpful"

"Helpful tech support, just a little slow"
I had an issue with my Mac not recognizing the new SSD properly, so I reached out to Macfixit for some help. Umm, the support person definitely knew their stuff and explained everything in a way I could actually understand, without making it too technical.
The only reason I’d give 4 stars is that it took a bit longer to hear back than I was hoping. But once they replied, the advice was really clear and ended up fixing the problem. I’d use them again

"Battery went into my MacBook with no fuss"
Got a replacement battery and a few tools for my old MacBook, and it was all straightforward. Everything arrived well packed, and the battery fitted in without any faffing about, I was half expecting some drama, but no, the Mac recognised it straight away. It’s been holding charge fine so far. I was a bit unsure about compatibility before ordering, because you never really know with older laptops, but it turned out to be spot on. I’d happily use them again
